    A little late to respond but most "natural food" stores carry them. Whole foods even carries them. But it's also super easy to just order on Amazon etc

    No. Its not an effective contraception method.
    I know of only one menstrual cup that can be worn during intercourse.
    The Diva Cup would be quite painful to the male due to it's design. In that regard, I suppose it's effective.

    The softcup that can be worn during intercourse is also NOT effective contraception.
