    Default getting to trailhead from Danby, VT?

    hey there! doing the AT, and i took some time off, im going to start again from Danby, VT, but i cant understand how to get to the trailhead. in my guidebook (AT companion) it says to go on the Danby-Landgrove road, but i cant find that on any map....
    HELP!

    Take Brooklyn Rd off of Rt. 7. Brooklyn Rd eventually turns into Danby-Landgrove Rd...

    Another name for Danby-Landgrove Rd is FS 10, or Forest Service Road 10...if that helps.

    Yeah the road isn't actually called Danby-Landgrove road. It is off of RT. 7 in the town of Danby, Brooklyn rd. or Mt. Tabor rd. should get you to it. There is a parking lot on the right a couple miles in, right before you cross a river. Trail is right there.

    I got off to meet my girlfriend at this same spot last year and we had the same problem with the name of the road. Good Luck!

    If you are looking for a shuttle, Rutland Taxi services the area. They know the trail there. I used them a few weeks ago.
