Has anyone ever had much dealing with their customer service department? My hammock ripped completely in half last night while I was 6 feet in the air.

Not sure about customer service, but pehaps the body could learn a few things...

My roommate was about to hang his under mine so I guess Im glad it didnt decide to wait a few more minutes. that could have been funny.
They replaced my hammock when it ripped. I think that they asked me to send them a picture of it.

If and or when you get new hammock, use the old hammock to make some stuff sacks for storing your TQs and UQs.

Bears love people, they say we taste just like chicken.
I was thinking the same thing.
I believe that I sent an email and had a reply the same day. It has been long enough that I don't remember exactly but I do remember that I was impressed with the rapid reply and new hammock being sent.

Gotcha, hopefully this is an rare happening. I got my hammock in the mail faster when I ordered it.
So after 4 calls, 3 emails, and filling out their warranty stuff I finally get a hold of the Warehouse supervisor. Apparently their system got tanked and they lost a bunch of their shipping information. After talking to him for a while they are upgrading my hammock (and adding weight) and are overnighting it to me. When I got them on the phone the customer service was great, it just took forever to get a hold of someone.
