Default 2 oz 2 cup cook kit

Been mostly at around 4-6 oz.

Read the cat tin fosters post somewhere on the web about where someone used a large cat food can top on a fosters can to make a strait walled can.
Works on the outside and is fairly tight. Tuna can works on the inside.

The lid is the bottom of the cat food can.

Something nice about this setup is the top wont accidentally slip off but if you tug on it it will come apart so you can clean both parts.

The stove weighs 7 grams and is one of my favorites to date. Small red bull can.
Jets fire off in about 5 seconds and it boils a cup of h20 in 3.5-4 minutes with 3/8 oz of DN.
2 cups in about 6 minutes.

The Tape on the loop and lid are what is called silicone rescue tape and it bonds to itself. Ace sells it.
The wire is just SS wire I got from the hardware store.

The green top is from an almond can.

This rig put into a tang container to make it crush proof adds another 1.8 oz or 3.8 oz total.

Matches not shown in the photo.

Oh you cant see it in the photo but I dimpled in the outside of the can at 1 cup and 2 cups. That just so happens to be at the center of the O and the bottom of the E. Dimpled it on 3 sides and its easy to see.

    Thanks

Now I need to crush proof it under 2.5 oz - LOL.
Thinking about making a removable carbon fiber shell for the lower sides of the can.
Still if it gets crushed its an easy rebuild.

And this particular stove you can blow out.

Wrapping your wind screen around it will help protect it but that carbon fiber would work better.

I was thinking to buy some titanium anyway for a windscreen and that would be even better.
Could also just take the top ring and part of a can and slide that to about the middle and that would help.
