The properly dressed po-boy wears lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mayo.
"Waning Gibbous" would be a great trail name.

Sounds like THE answer to deprivation. Believe I'll make some Sunday. Fried shrimp right?

Sweet tea and a shower. I actually look at this a little differently; When on the trail I get away from work, cars, bills, wife/kid issues, and the endless array of useless news. Deprivation is NOT being on the trail. When on the trail I'm at my best.

After a few days, I sure miss having a Cold Beer at the end of the day.

I miss a chair with a back on it and eating on a table.

A proper Remoulade has horseradish and cayenne, no hot sauce required.
