Bald Knob, Cole Mountain, Mt Pleasant, Pompei, Iron Mountain, Elk Pond Mountain, and a peak near there unnamed on my map. Trail head is 20 minute drive from my door at Long Mountain Wayside where AT crosses highway 60 just east of Buena Vista. Loops of gated fire roads, along with the AT, and 3 Blue Blazed trails would make for a circuit back to the original trailhead with very little backtracking. I've done 90% of it and highly recommend it. Did twelve miles of it in 6+ inches of snow last winter on a day hike. Other than some "snow downs" coming over Bald Knob,(which isn't bald), it was magic.

Then you would want to continue north across The Priest, the Tye River, Three Ridges Wilderness, and on up to Rockfish Gap, just blow SNP for around 75 mi. It would also work to start 15 or so miles further south around Punchbowl Shelter, or at highway 501 which is 25 miles south of Long Mountain Wayside, if you really want 100 miles in the snow. How long do you think you will have? Twelve miles in the snow as about like a twenty-two mile day in the dry for me. ( The circuit I originally described would come close to 50 miles ending up at the start.)
