Since it's hard to get fresh greens in your diet from typical backpacking food, what about cutting up some wild garlic mustard greens and putting them in your pot with your Knorr/Lipton sides? Garlic mustard grows on the trail, is high in vitamins, and is an invasive exotic so it's ok to eat as much as you like.
