    Default Goldie Locks & Her Wool Underwear...

    Hi All

    Will be headed out soon to begin my 1st thru-hike (NOBO). Wanted to try out wool underwear (Like the idea of a natural fiber).
    Found some decent sales on non-current colors and such.

    So far tried SmartWool & Calida (wool-silk blend)
    Used the size charts when purchasing.
    Smartwool = too small (I have set those aside to be sent to me when I lose weight)
    Calida = TOO Large!

    I have Minus33 Brand ones on the way. Keeping fingers crossed they're Just Right !

    Anyone else trying/tried wool undies?

    Any luck with ones that are true to size?

    Mrs. Wayne is partial to silk. I believe they came from LL Bean. But then she doesn't live in the woods much.
    I am partial to silk first. If it gets cold, wool over silk.

    I bought a pair of icebreakers, I think they were bikini style and they fit weird. The elastics fit but the butt is loose. Trust me, too much booty room is not usually my problem!

    I wear men's Smartwool boxers with a fly so I can use my pStyle more easily.

    I do the same as CoffeeBager, super comfy and does what they say they do. Ditto on the pStyle!
