Are you sure that's the "pro" mld poncho. Your listed dimensions are a much closer match to the mld simple poncho.

Does the hood have a brim? Is the hood opening a slit or a circle?

It's an older version of the Pro Poncho. The hood has a brim just like the updated Pro Poncho, though.
