Any suggestions for shuttles out of North Adams, Massachusetts?

I just sent you a PM with contact info for Dave Ackerson. He's a good guy, lives right in N Adams, reliable, and helpful. We used him last fall for a hike through southern VT, and we'll use him again this fall for a hike through Massachusetts.

You could also use public transportation to most trail towns north and south. This would be especially handy to Cheshire and Dalton, both directly on the trail. More info is in the Companion

True, in fact Dave gave me detailed info to use the bus to Cheshire so we can do Greylock as a slack. Very helpful.
