    Default dehydrating and rehydrating chicken

i had THE best chicken stir-fry last night and my first thought was "wow, i really have to have this on the trail". i have never dehydrated chicken before and i was wondering how easily is it dehydrated and rehydrated ? i know this is probably covered in 100 other threads so please forgive me for "beating a dead chicken".

No problem. If you happen to used the advanced search, make sure to change the finds posts from to something other than Yesterday in the search options section. Not a useful default.
