    Default Hi Doc

Pass on my best wishes to him also. I first met Doc on my thru in '05 just before The Bears Den. We kept bumping into one another for the rest of the journey.

Last time I saw him was when we were getting to head into the 100 Mile Wilderness and Doc pulled into Monson.

Doc Narley will never die. He hikes on and on and on...

Congrats, Doc. I'll see ya back on the trail sometime.
When you get to those unexpected situations in life where it’s difficult to figure something out, just ask yourself, “What would MacGyver do?”
    See ya!

    Congrats Doc Narley!!!
Ole' Doc is one tough dude.......he just keeps plowing forward no matter what. I met him in Vermont, and we just kept bumping into each other after that. I last saw him in Gorham. He's a blast to be around and he will do anything he can to help someone out. A good person indeed.

Hi to Doc from Red Hat! I remember well the beer he hauled into camp in VA. Must have been heavy, but he brought it anyway.

Hey! Tell Doc that Just Beth says hello! Last I saw he was zonked in his bag in the Shennies after rolling in sometime during the night after a 27 mile day. I was hoping he'd catch up. PM me and I'll send a photo or two of Doc.

Please tell Doc I said congrats too. Here's a pic from when we crossed paths on the north end of the trail. Hadn't seen him since GA before that...
