Anybody recognize this goat?

Driving down a side road a few weeks ago, we came across this "hiking goat" sign which stands about 6 ft tall at the end of a driveway. Looks like it used to be some sort of hiker/rafter compound, lots of old canoes in the yard, somewhat overgrown, and didn't know if I had stumbed onto someone's 'homestead' who was or is a hiker. Anybody recognize this "old goat" wearing a pack?

I did not take a close look to see! Although I don't know him personally, I thought of "Old Goat" on WB when I saw this.
