What did you bring on your thru hikes, or the, the thru hike that you are planing now for maildrops. Whats typical, or is there and abundant amount of ramen or lipton noodles along the trail.

Yes ...there is ample supply of ramen and Lipton noodle meals along the trail. Even the smaller towns that do not have large grocery stores generally have a gas station/convenience store that carries them.
