Didn't see any blackbirds but was out with my pooch Hank when we were to be getting the big Nor'Easter and listened to two Red tails as they caught the air currents. Each time they would screech he would stop and look up.

I've seen pics of other birds riding on another birds back before. Those blackbirds are probably attacking the hawk.
