    Default Cold Weather Gear Change

I'm starting my thru next year on April 1st and will be leaving with my cold weather gear (down sleeping bag, wool layers, etc). When I get up to Virginia, I'll be heading home to see my step-daughter's high school graduation and will then swap out for my summer gear. I figure I'll be somewhere around Harper's Ferry when I get off the trail to attend the graduation (June 17th - ish).

My wife is going to mail me my cold weather gear on the trail as I move further North. Where should this gear be mailed? I was leaning toward CT or MA. What do you think?

How about Glencliff? That's the "gateway" to the Whites and there is a great hostel with a post office right across the street 3/10's of a mile from the trail.
