    Thumbs up Cool Site

Been skippin around the various subjects. Looks like it's all covered. Good job! " We ain't nothin but drunkin, blue-blazin, hiker trash hobos from hell!" A saying I coined in 1993 while hiking with Sawman and many others on a blue-blaze tour. Hence hobocentral.com

    Talking beer

8 spouts? Jesus H. Christ! Y'all are trash! PBR and Yuengling.
Looks like ALL camping for TDAYS 2003 will be at the new campground just past the ball fields where they tried to have it this year. Camping at the river by the Old Mill/ P.O. will be off limits for sure this time. I will be going to the monthly T Days meetings here in town and will post info as I get it. Y'all are more than welcome to set up shop at Hobocentral by the trestle if we camp there this year but we may be out at the main camping area. We gotta out- do Miss Janet! That broad rocks!

    Lone Wolf,
welcome to the site. I gotta tell you I enjoyed reading your entries this past year on the trail....pretty funny. I missed you by a couple of hours once or twice so we never met...but you did "magic" a couple of my friends right outside of Damascus w/ a couple of PBR's at about 9 am....Valley Girl and Seaweed.
Oh yeah, and thanks for the tip on that AWESOME dippin hole in PA (the big one that was freezing cold and looked like a dam).

Can someone tell me how to unsubscribe from this thing? I thought I'd signed up to a place I could learn something about hiking. Didn't know I'd subscribed to a place to find out how to curse and swill beer. BTW, didn't know Jesus had a middle initial. Guess I did learn something after all!

Well, not everyone knows how to curse and swill beer correctly. Being an Army guy, you pobably already have those skills. If you don't come to Fort Polk and we will show you how.

I'm sure there are some things you can learn here, just ask questions if you don't know something.

OK Jarheads, calm down. Since he is an Army Guy, let me re-train him first. Then if he can't hack it, I'll let him go down to you guys since you speak in one syllable words better than me

Alright boys, calm down. I think that ArmyBoy just needs an intelligent, educated, well spoken female to teach him the value in swilling beer and cursing! Everything has its place and to be on the trail, you cannot very well question others value or place! Look forward to meeting anyone who is venturing out in 2003. If you all are lucky, Kodiak (my hubby) will protect you from being shown up my me!!! :-)!

I was one of the "many others" and wear my shirt proudly to this day. I am seriously thinking of starting hobocentral.com back up again very soon since I now work for one of the largest webhosting companies in the world and have ALOT of space that is just crying out to be used ;-)
