Default Ripstop 1.9 for first try

Decided I would follow some of the different videos and make my own practice project. Do you think that ripstop nylon 1.9 oz. will be okay for a 225 pound, 6ft. person. This is something to keep me busy the next few weeks and I'm just going to play with it and to learn about hammocks. Thanks for any info.

Ity will work fine. I'm 210 and my hammock is made out of 1.3 ripstop. It rated to 250. I would not be surprised if 1.9 could hold 350.
