Travel "folder" organizer

Is there anyone out there who would make a "folder" similar to this one to sell to me?:

This particular one isn't as light as their specter series but the spector series doesn't have a 15". I think these would only be 4-5 ounces if made with silnylon.

Why can't you make it yourself? Sewing is so easy. A child could do it. Maybe make it from Tyvek

Or 3m Super 77 Adhesive, dries very quickly with almost no added weight. I used it to make my tarp tent.
