Bear resistant canisters required in Blood Mt. area starting 3/1/12

The USFS is requiring anyone camping along the five miles of the AT between Jarrad Gap and Neels Gap to use a bear resistant canister. March 1 through June 1. That includes Woods Hole Shelter, the Slaughter Creek campsites, and Blood Mt Shelter.
