    Tearing down the gate will probably cause a few parties near the falls.
    But, this woman seems to have her head in the right place and continues buying land, and then opening it up for recreation without logging or hunting.

    The locals actually knew this gate was illegal back in November and ripped it out then.
    The comments section under the article sheds some light on how UN-popular Quimby actually is in these parts.
    I heard western Mass. was looking for some wealthy land barons.
