Default Ginger Springs outside of Tom Floyd Wayside- VA

On the last night of a 4 day trip we came across this gem. It is a bit off the trail but worth every step. They have about 4 spots carved out into the side of the hill, good firepits, and little "benches" made from fallen trees, and a good spring.
-I'm not a hiker, but I will walk for days for the right campsite!

You're lucky. That spring is often dry.

Actually, probably inaccurate to say "often dry". But more often than not I found it very difficult to get water from there, i.e. very low water level.
