Need shuttle service advice just South of Damascus next month

Next month - I'm doing a section from Iron Mountain Gap (just south of Roan Mountain) to Damascus.

I'm trying to figure out where to park - and catch a shuttle.

Should I drive to Damascus and shuttle back to the beginning - or is it better to drive to an intermediate point
like Hampton and shuttle back to the beginning. If I do it this way - I'll (obviously) need to get from Damascus
back to Hampton.

Really depends on where the best and most reliable shuttle services are and who to contact.

I would really appreciate any advice and contact information.
