I *always* take curry powder (it has anti-inflammatory properties) and hot sauce (livens up pretty much even the blandest of trail food).

    A good all - around item is : " JANES Krazy Mixed - Up Seasoning " . Contains : Salt , Pepper , Onion , Carlic , Herbs and Spices .
Probably a lot of the same ones found in Curry Powder . A good supply in a Zip - Lock doesn't weigh much . It used to be made in
Medford , NJ , and only found in area stores . Now , it is made by : FLAVOR DELITE , Inc. in Richburg , SC , so it should be available
in areas near the trail .

I rarely bring any condiments. Sometimes cheese to grate.

Salt, pepper, and hot sauce. I'll add honey since the OP mentioned it, but I consider that a food not a condiment.

On a weekender I'll substitute Montreal Steak Seasoning for the salt and pepper.

+1 on the curry. Didn't know about the medicinal value. It just tastes good.

Also real maple syrup. Like honey is condiment and food - not UL, but worth it. Along with cinnamon, makes oatmeal worth eating (never the instant oatmeal).

For the sake of argument, "curry powder" is a combination of spices and totally different in ingredients from one recipe to the next.

chili powder, cumen, curry powder, garlic powder, cinnamon, italian seasoning, tomato powder, dried tomatos, dried peppers, dried onions...

Cous Cous, bulgur wheat, brown minute rice, dried black beans, sliced almonds, punt butter, olive oil and raisins or dried cranberries are staples in my bag. Combined with the above one can have a breakfast taste profile, or mexican, or italian, or thai ...

So far people have suggested curry, Old Bay, Montreal, JANES, chili powder, and italian seasonings. All are spice blends. Variety is the spice of life.

+1 on the Old Bay, BTW. The ultimate Maryland seasoning. If I could only figure out how to get crabs on the trail. (let's see how long some comes up with a witty retort for that one).
