    Default Gossamer Gear customer service

    Just wanted to relate an experience I had with customer service at Gossamer Gear....

    I ordered a Gorilla pack last week and paid extra for 2nd day shipping so I'd have it in time for our Mountains to Sea hike this week. I wanted it quick so I could try it out because I'm interested in a smaller pack for my Long Trail hike in a few days.

    Ordered it, it was shipped but shipped via regular (not 2nd day) shipping and I was rather bummed about it. I emailed customer service and to make a long story short they shipped me out another one for next day deliver and FedEx pulled up an hour before we left.

    The first one that was shipped is sitting right here and I'm going to return it tomorrow but I thought it was pretty neat to be able to get such a good resolution so quickly.

    Just one more reason I like to deal with smaller companies..

    Kudos to Gossamer Gear.
