Default Damascus, Virginia - some cultural background

For those of you who have visited us in the past, or are heading our way in the future, here is a link to some stories and poems written by local people, and a link to some old photos of the town:

The first north-bounders are starting to come through town now, pushing through our erratic March weather. The townspeople working on Trail Days are also starting to push harder, to make sure everything is ready for those of you who will be visiting. And maybe the rain will hold off this year.
