Default Trail Days Half Marathon May 15 2010

For any of you trailrunners coming to Trail Days this year, you might want to check this out.

There's probably less than 2500' of gain/loss. The only real climbs from mile 5 to 7.5 (1300') and 10 to 10.75 (250'). The Iron Mountain Trail has good footing and is highly runnable as is the first 5 miles on the Creeper Trail of course.

For time, probably should add about 30 minutes or so to you best half marathon time, maybe less.
I'm going to run it, or at least work an Aid Station.
