Great list. It could be very useful for LT hikers.

There is a new shelter between Spruce Peak Shelter and Peru Peak Shelter. Its called Bromley.
Its 4.8 miles north of Spruce Peak, 8.1 miles south of Peru Peak, is at 2560' and sleeps 12.

I have numbers for some of the blanks:

Stratton Pond: Sleeps 16
William B. Douglas: Sleeps 10
Churchill Scott: 1685'
Bamforth Ridge: 1900'
VT/Canada Border: 2100'

The Journey's End Camp and Journey's End Trailhead should be swapped.

The info you have for Journey's End Camp is for the old camp. Journey's End II was built in the Fall of 2003 at a new site farther from the trailhead (not much farther or so I've heard). I couldn't find the new distances or elevation but here is the info you were missing for Journey's End I

Journey's End Camp is 0.8 mile south of the VT/Canada Border
Journey's End Trailhead is at 1350'

Veteran, Almost there... The end of your list should look like this:

Shooting Star Shelter 4.3 5.4 278.8
VT/CANADA Border 4.4 0.5 283.2
Journey's End Camp 0.8 0.5 284.0
Journey's End Trailhead Rd. 0.5 0 284.5

What was your source for the mileages?

Does anyone know of any online LT shelters lists with mileages. There used to be one on the GMC site but I can't find it anymore.

Answered my own question. It's on the GMC site but it's hard as hell to find:
