How to Help

The Southern Ruck is a all volunteer effort and, as such, much is needed to ensure its success.  Although a couple of the main meals will be taken care of, you’re encouraged
to bring your own soups, salads, side dishes, dessets, snacks, chips and dip, etc. to share with the group.

We’ll also need pots, pans, cooking utensils, mitts, tongs, mixers, etc., paper and plastic (plates, utensils, napkins, paper towels, trash bags, etc), serving utensils,
bowls and the like for serving foods and snacks, foil and plastic wrap, cutting boards, etc.

I've created an interactive Google Spreadsheet with specific items we'll be needing over the weekend.  If you'd like to help out, volunteer, and bring some food, click on the link: User name/email: trasheville@aol.com password: foodlist.  It's broken down to Weekend supplies- utensils, Weekend supplies- food, Friday night potluck, Saturday breakfast, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, Sunday breakfast, and Sunday lunch.  Click on one of the tabs along the bottom of the spreadsheet, click in one of the blank boxes,  type your name and what you're bringing.   Once  you're finished, click publish, re-publish, and save and close (towards the top right).  Thank you!
