For Sale: Western Mountaineering Highlite 35 degree

SOLD


6'0 length
Just over 16 oz. on my scale
Right half zip
All zippers and velcro in good condition
Consumer tags removed


Good used condition with no obvious stains or bad odors


No storage or stuff bags included


I bought it used and do not have a clue as to the age or past use. Have went to quilts in hammock

I have a 10-year old HighLite with a half-zip in the center, so my guess is that it is no more than 7 years old. I use the HighLite for temps down to 40 or so. It helps you retain a lot of your warmth once you have everything snugged tight; especially for a 16-oz bag. Note the sewn-through construction, so it works best in still air, and recognize that there isn't a lot of extra space to wear many clothes. I still haven't found any sleeping bag for ground-dwellers that beats the warmth-to-weight ratio, although some quilts appear to be in the same ballpark.
