AT section hiker looking for hiking partner this weekend, Friday to Monday. Driving up from Charlotte NC early am Friday. Starting at NJ 23. Usually walk about 2 miles/hr. Shelters or tent. Will check this forum or PM me.
Have arranged shuttle from 17A at 2:30pm.

I might be interested whats your plan ?
How many miles per day and where are you planning to stop each night ?
I see you have a shuttle planned to take you back to High Point ?

Hey ezdoesit,
Right now will probably hike in to high point shelter for Friday night, Sat 14- 16 miles, about the same on Sunday, hoping a bit less than 10 miles on Monday, (long drive back to Charlotte),maybe at Long Creek Sunday night. Shuttle on Friday then walk to car.
