I need new boots!!!!!

So I've been wearing the same boots, Montrail Torre GTX, for 9 years. Not the same pair, I've had 3 pairs. I need new boots, went to order a new pair and found they discontinued them. CRAP!

So, whats a good pair of AT worthy, 40 lb pack weight, WIDE waterproof backpacking boots with GOOD ankle support?

Tried on the Asolo's, didn't love the fit. Wound up ordering a pair of Lowa Renegade GTX. They fit great; hope theyre beefy enough and last, because they weren't cheap! Thanks
