Hi. Tent is a few years old but only has 6-7 nights in it. So its in great/ perfect shape and has been stored in a smoke-free environment. There's no stains, tears, etc. I bought it two summers ago to take on short trips with my young son. Now my daughter is beginning to join us so I need to find a 3 person tent for when family backpacking.
