I found this can online a while back. They are only available out west in California. It's 32 ounce size. Much taller than the Foster's which is a 24oz size.

With a flat bottom it can hold 28oz of water.

I really like the graphics design. Which do you like, green or the black?

I'd like the IPA that was in the black can.

Green is cooler to me. Are those your flat bottoms?

I prefer canned beer. The can blocks sunlight that skunks beer.

I like the black but the green has so much more going on with the graphics. So much more detail. I like color :-)

The down side to these cans is the base price for one can....$6.00 piece +tax The micro brewery is located in downtown San Diego, CA. 32oz is a lot off beer but so is $6.00 a lot of money.

Trail Designs sells a nice container that compliments this tall can and is also dual purpose, storage container and also freezerbag supporter for rehydrating and eating out of it.

That's an expensive can, but at least it comes with free beer! :)

Sounds like we need to organize a group to pony up for the beer, drink the beer, and send the empty cans to Zelph for re-use. I'll sign up for a split case of IPA & Pale Ale if they can ship to Minnesota!

Can you contact the brewery? Explain what you are using them for. Perhaps they will sell you a case of empty cans.

I have a contact in San Diego that will purchase and consume a case with his friends. He agrees to be jentle with the cans:) to prevent dings. He will empty them into pitchers and return to the case. Half black cans and half green. I think he might be watching the Super B game:D

I did send an email to the brewery. We'll see what comes of it.:-?

Thanks for all the interest.:)

I'll have to rent a couple "Pirates of the Caribbean" videos and fill my cannon with some dark hot chocolate, sit back and relax. I don't drink alcohol so It's dark hot chocolate:D

I've made quite a few rejects while working on the cans that I have..............they are "costly" rejects:eek:

That'd take all the fun out of it.

Here is what the can looks like in my Caldera Cone for keg. I originally purchased my keg from anigravity gear. Also shown is a burner made from a Venom energy drink bottle. Along side of it is the Modified StarLyte currently being supplied with the TD Sidewinders. The larger burner should work well when heating a full can of water. The 12-10 burner should also work well.

Yes, I apply the flat bottoms to the cans, much more stability and better heat transfer.

Take a look at the difference in color of the titanium mug/pot compared to the aluminum graphics type. :-)
