You can try Gossamer Gear's pads (http://gossamergear.com/sleeping/thinlight-insulation-pads.html), but they are only 60 inches long. Jacks R Better sells 48 inch long torso pads. Perhaps one of them can cut you a custom length.

Lawson equipment used to sell them in that size. I would email him and see if he has any left or if he is planning on getting any more.

Oware sells different sizes of foam pads. see shop.bivysack.com for their products. I have a nice silnylon tarp from them.

Ebay has these for about $5 each if you look hard enough. They are a bit longer but can be cut down with no worries.

Aren't there any foam suppliers that sell foam by the yard off a roll? Bypassing several middlemen along the way?
Who decided that human beings only required 20" of protection from the ground anyway?

There may be some suppliers out there but good luck finding any rolls other than army surplus for less than $5 a piece.

I did this a couple of months ago and was told that Lawson is out of the pad business for good. Had a hard time finding wide CCF pads. I ended up getting a Neoair Trekker (torso-length, 25" wide) for the top and a 3/8" torso-length narrow CCF pad for my legs (doubles as a sit pad/pack stiffener).

He's getting them back in stock. I got an email ad on Feb. 24 saying:

In two weeks or less, I am going to be selling a limited run of 1/8" thick Insulite pads. I have received quite a bit of emails since taking them off my website so I am going to add them back and see how they do. The pads are 24" wide x 74" long and weigh 4oz like before.. From what customers are telling me, no other EVA pad compares and they want one for the upcoming season. Prices might be a hair more than before to cover the extra shipping costs since that was the issue on why I stopped selling them. (too costly to ship)
Email him. Recommended dealer!

Lawson sent out an email yesterday saying they are going to get more of the 1/8" in soon due to requests.

Try these folks. The will do custom sizes. I know the folks on BPL have mentioned them in the past

Maybe I was one of those people who kept asking about them. Unfortunately, I'm all set now. But I can see that wide CCF pads are hard to come by.

What about getting a few of the 1/8 inch pads from GG and chopping them up and gluing them together in the configuration/dimensions you desire? Pricy and time consuming, but you'll have what you want. :)

I think just one will work , just want something to keep from pokeing a hole in my pad. Wonder if a piece of tyvek would work ?

If the bottom of your tent is silnylon, the pads you are looking for will also keep your inflatable from slipping on the tent floor. :)
