Section Hike

Hey everyone, a couple guy friends and I are planning on doing a short section hike in VA this Sep. I can not find my data book anywhere, can someone tell me the total milage from VA 620 (Trout Creek) to I-81? This section goes through Dragons tooth and Catabwa valley.

Thank you. I was thinking 146.6 was too long. Probably my lack of explanation of location. 30-50 is what I was thinking.
