I am looking for suggestions for a week long backpacking trip in late August. This will be a small group. Would rather hike north of WV.

I actually looked at the map. Colorado, north of I-70, also qualifies.

The Quehanna and Susquehannock Trails are in PA, both are about 70-80 mile loops. Nice scenery, isolated. You will likely have the trail to yourself. Lots of info about the trails on the internet.
