Hmm, the description lists a recipe for Chorizo and Potatoes. Would love to know how they made that vegetarian. I've never seen a vegetarian substitute for chorizo.

My husband really likes it, but it's too greasy for me.

-FAI bought some several years ago. Soyrizo.

It was in the soy section near the produce. It was on sale so I bought a number of packages and then dehydrated it. I saved some to add in to various meals and I made a dehydrated dinner too but I can't remember the ingredients other than pasta and the chorizo. I liked it, it's spicy, I would buy it again but I have not seen it carried at my local store.
