Gonna be in Hot Springs towards the end of April, 2014. When do you all think the hiker bubble will be passing through the area?

The heavy thru-hiker traffic will extend two or three weeks in either direction from April 15, so late April will definitely be in the "bubble."
Most hikers will be aiming for Damascus on May 15, or whenever Trail Days begins. Some slow hikers may hitch north, fast ones may hitch south to be there. But Trail Days almost defines the hiker bubble.

Lots of hikers in Hot Springs the first weekend of June, 2013. It was wet.
