Two products I found on this thread, have purchased and like.
OvaEasy crystalized (powdered) eggs. expensive, 8$/12 but real good. Website purchase.
Nido whole milk powder in the international food section of your supermarket (Food Lion). Nice for adding to noodle packs, oatmeal etc
Get your Nido from Amazon....great prices

I swear by Nido on the trail. It opens the door to Mac and Cheese or any boxed _____ and cheese dinner. Want cereal? No problem. Cold water and Nido = cold milk on your favorite. Why add water to Oatmeal when you can add Nido AND water :)
Haven't tried the OvaEasy eggs. Moving more to no cook breakfasts. What did you use them for?
Yeah, Nido is definitely a trail staple. Great way to add some delicious calorie sense fat to your diet.
