my friends and colleagues often ask me that same question. I am afraid that if I borrowed your answer to this question that they would all tell me it wasn't working.;)

Loved it, and I am sure that everyone on Whiteblaze.net knows what he is talking about. The awful difference is how many have gone beyond Step #1.
