I bought a pair of Kean Hiking boots about 5 weeks ago with the recommended green superfeet insoles. I liked them very much, about 2 weeks ago I started having a very severe groin pain in my right leg. I didn't notice at first but it seems when I'm not wearing the hiking boots/superfeet the pain diminishes and sometimes not noticeable. Has anyone had a similar experience?

I've never had that kind of pain but ditching the boots for wide width trail runners has eliminated a lot of foot and leg issues for me.

I also wouldn't take medical advice from anyone on here. If you're having pain in your groin area I would seek a professional opinion.

Superfeet insoles are torture devices for feet. No give at all. I'd ban the damned things if I could!

For many of us, Superfeet are fabulous. Every foot is different.

Try Shock Doctor's. I used to use superfeet but for me these are much better. Like FB says everybody/every foot is different. Can't hurt to try. After all, it's your feet. https://www.shockdoctor.com/products/insoles
