Read this somewhere and tried it today. Before powdering vegetables put them in the freezer to get crispy for 5-10 minutes. It works so great. I powdered an acorn squash/sweet potato mash, a curried butternut squash soup and a tomato soup and not one got gummy or stuck around the blades.
