Kirkridge shelter water?

I'm planning a section hike from DWG to port Clinton in 2 weeks. i was wondering if anyone knew if the water was on and working at the kirkridge shelter. I was there in the beginning of may and it still wasn't on yet.

I thought I saw another post saying the tap was on. But please don't take my word for it, I sure haven't been there recently.
