I will soon be SOBO starting at Elk Garden Trail Head in Va. to Tn 91. Does anyone know how the water sources are in that section? Thanks

I must have put this in the wrong section never got any answers. Good news is I'm back from a great trip except for the rain on Friday and in case anyone is going through these sections the water sources from Elk Garden to Damascus are good especially on Whitetop Mt. From Damascus to Hwy 91 the only water sources were at Abingdon Shelter, Low Gap and Double Springs Shelter (great source). PS watch out for the yellow jackets coming down the mountain in to Damascus. We took several hits in my group including me twice in the leg.
