Water source reliability this fall in NC?

Does anyone know if most of the water sources between Bly Gap and Fontana Dam are still good in this dry weather? I am planning a 9-day trip. Thanks!

worst comes the worst----at the dam, there are water fountains............and sinks with running water.......

but, i know---that looks to be your ending/starting point........
