When is the bubble out of GA?

I have a few days in October and would like to hike part of the GA section. Hopefully catch some fall foliage.
A little worried about hunting season as my hike would start on opening day of rifle season. Oh...my...

Not in for a party.
Would like to complete GA into NC the spring of 2015 but looking for a little alone time.

Temperature wise April would be ideal.

Would mid to late May be clear of the bubble?

I think so, but if you move too fast you'll catch right up to it again.
