Campsaver has most of their food on sale for around 20-25% off and you can use this coupon code for an additional 5% off: cart-5849.

FWIW, Clif Bars and other bars are not such a great deal but the dehydrated stuff is pretty cheap compared to normal pricing, especially with the additional 5%.

Thanks, looks like a good sale for a lot of that stuff. I agree about the Clif bars not being worth it though I did notice Probar meal bars are going for 2.47 which is a very good price on those. Love the flavor and how filling they are but i can hardly ever bring myself to spend over $3 on a single bar... thinking about snatching up 10 of those.

I got their e-mail too. It had a picture of a bear eying all the good food they have on sale, which given the news about a bear fatality in NJ today, is unfortunate timing.

Thanks for the link. The sale prices are really good comparing them to ebay and amazon. I may place on order. Was think about making some meals of my own but buying them seems so much easier. I've got enough on my mind just buying gear right now. The more sale sites I see the more I want to buy stuff. Sometimes I hate the ease of buying on the internet.

I missed the Pro Bars - just went and bought 32 of them! I love those things. They are infinitely better than Clif bars IMO.

Also picked up 2 of the GU summer savings packs for $15 each - the pack is 8 Roctanes and 10 GU gels.

And about 15 Mountain House meals for overnighters around here. :)
