http://shop.trailcenterlodge.com/CAMP-CHOW_c2.htm

Camp Chow, a small cottage backpacking meal manufacturer makes some fine tasting handmade dishes. I met Sarah, who individually packages every single meal. She gave me several dishes to try with newly tweaked ingredient lists dropping all the hydrogenated oils from the meals and substituting with healthier even tastier alternatives. Yum yum!

Dogwood, thanks for the link to Camp Chow! Their stuff looks tasty, but their website is a real mess. Still, it's always good to have another resource.

Aren't there a bunch that make cheese?
Maybe a few that do fries?

I've added a page to my blog to try to keep up with the manufacturers/distributers. Let me know of any I've missed

I checked out the Cache Lake company on your page and they look really good. I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on a few of their meals.

Big fan of Outdoor Herbivore and Packit Gourmet.

Outdoor Herbivore probably has the best prices. Dehydrated meals are freaking expensive and really only make sense for shorter outings.
