airbnb on the AT

Having recently discovered the wonderful world of airbnb.com I was sitting here wondering if they might ever become part of a thru hike. With a quick google, I came up with this:

Makes me think airbnb could be a really cool option for some.

I am not sure of the practicality for a thru hiker, but its a great idea as the owner is gong to be sure to get paid which will cut out a lot of individuals who are two cheap to pay (or "donate")for services.

The interesting thing about the one in the link was that is was open to AT thru hikers Only. $25.
